At the U of M Twin Cities campus, 17.4% of students worry their food will run out before they can buy more; additionally 11.7% of students actually experience food shortages. Among these students, 29.1% report the issue impacting their academic performance (Boynton Health College Student Health Survey Report, 2018).
This food resource guide is created by a group of nutrition students. Our mission is to connect U of M-Twin Cities students with the food and nutrition resources necessary to be healthy and successful in college.
